Job Title :
Nephro P&L Lead (Nephro Head)
Desired Candidate Profile :
- Education:
MBA / PGDM (preferred) or equivalent in Business, Marketing, or Life Sciences.
- Own the overall P&L for the Nephro category including dialysis consumables, equipment, and accessories
- Experience:
12- 15 years of experience in Medical Devices / Nephrology / Dialysis / Healthcare B2B, with proven P&L or category ownership.
- Strong understanding of nephrology consumables, capital equipment, and hospital procurement ecosystem.
- Excellent analytical, negotiation, and leadership skills.
- Exposure to digital commerce or healthcare supply chain platforms preferred.
