What you’ll do
Greet & register patients (UHID/HIS), verify /TPA, issue tokens & receipts
Manage appointments/OPD flow; triage walk-ins; communicate delays
Handle calls, Whats App & Google enquiries; maintain basic logs
Create OPD bills; collect cash/card/UPI; reconcile day-end
Prepare/scan forms & prescriptions; coordinate with USG/IVF/OT/TPA/Pharmacy
Basic emergency intake and doctor alert
Must-haves
12th Pass/Graduate; 1–3 yrs hospital/clinic front office
Hindi & English; courteous, patient-first communication
Punctual, well-groomed, calm under pressure
