QA – AR (US Healthcare RCM)
Job Summary:
We are looking for a Quality Analyst – AR with strong experience in US Healthcare Revenue Cycle Management. The candidate should have hands-on experience in AR follow-up, auditing, root cause analysis, and performance monitoring.
Key Responsibilities:
Audit AR transactions including Billing, Cash Posting, Credit Balance, Denial Management, and Correspondence.
Perform root cause analysis on AR issues, denials, and aged accounts (90+ days) and implement corrective action plans.
Monitor team performance and recommend improvement plans based on quality findings.
Prepare daily/weekly/monthly operational and quality reports.
Identify trends from reports and drive process improvements.
Provide constructive feedback and identify training needs based on audit results.
Ensure timely project delivery with accuracy and adherence to client guidelines.
Requirements:
Graduate in any discipline.
2+ years of experience as AR Caller and 1+ year as Quality Analyst in US Healthcare RCM.
Strong understanding of RCM metrics (Aging, Collections, Bad Debt).
Experience in auditing, root cause analysis, and reporting.
Good communication and analytical skills.
