We’re Hiring | L3 Application Support Engineer – Global Underwriting Platform

Looking to work on a large-scale, global insurance platform where your expertise truly makes an impact? We’re hiring experienced L3 Application Support Engineers to support and enhance a critical Global Underwriting Platform (GUP).

Location:

Gurugram (Hybrid)

Shift: 5:30 PM IST – 5:30 AM IST

Experience

- Mid-Level: 6+ years
- Senior: 8+ years

Key Skills Required

- .NET (6.0 and above)
- Duck Creek
- IIS & SQL Server
- Strong Insurance domain knowledge (Underwriting platforms preferred)

What You’ll Do

- Resolve complex production incidents escalated from L2 or monitoring systems
- Perform deep root-cause analysis and implement permanent fixes
- Handle advanced troubleshooting using logs and diagnostic tools
- Support complex release deployments and production changes
- Drive automation, service improvements, and SOP enhancements
- Fix production defects end-to-end by following complete SDLC
- Support security remediation, audits, regulatory activities, DR & patch testing
