B.Tech, BBA, or MBA-HR graduates to join our team as Executive - LMS Admin.

In this role, you wont just be managing a system; you will be trained to become a specialist in Cornerstone OnDemand (CSoD), one of the world's leading Learning Management Systems. We provide the training and certification; you provide the talent and drive!

Key Responsibilities ️

- Training & Certification:
Complete a structured internal program on CSoD Core & LMS modules and clear official certifications.
- System Configuration:
Support the testing, configuration, and deployment of LMS modules for global clients. ⚙️
- Client

Collaboration:

Assist senior consultants in gathering requirements and documenting technical solutions.
- Technical Support:
Contribute to data migration, reporting, integration support, and troubleshooting post-go-live.
- Product Evolution:
Stay updated on the latest CSoD product releases and industry best practices.

Desired Candidate Profile ✅

- Education:

B.Tech/B.E. (CS/IT preferred) or BBA/MBA-HR.
- Technical Aptitude:
Strong understanding of software fundamentals, databases, or SQL is a major plus. ️

- Soft Skills:

Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential for client interactions. ️
- Mindset: A quick learner who is passionate about Learning Technology and committed to a long-term career path.
- Availability:
Ready to work from our Gurgaon office on a full-time basis.
