About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Product Operations Manager who can drive operational efficiency, streamline product processes, and enable data‑driven decision-making across the product lifecycle. The ideal candidate will bring strong experience in analytics, SQL, cross‑functional execution, and product-oriented problem-solving. This role sits at the intersection of product strategy, analytics, and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities

- Coordinate closely with field teams to ensure smooth day‑to‑day operations and timely execution of product-related activities.
- Gather ground-level insights from field operations to improve product processes, feature adoption, and implementation efficiency.
- Build, optimize, and standardize product development processes, ensuring smooth execution from ideation to launch.
- Track field performance metrics, identify bottlenecks, and work cross-functionally to drive on-ground improvements.
- Support rollout of new product features, tools, or processes with proper training, documentation, and feedback loops from the field.
- Drive alignment across cross-functional teams through effective communication, documentation, and operational rigor.
- Track key product operational KPIs, ensure data accuracy, integrity, and consistency across reports and dashboards.
- Build automated data workflows to reduce manual reporting and increase operational efficiency.

Skills & Qualifications

- 1- 3 years of experience in product operations (or a hybrid role).
- Strong command of SQL and data analysis
- Demonstrated experience working with cross-functional product teams.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to convert ambiguity into structured solutions.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
- High attention to detail, process orientation, and documentation discipline.
