Job Summary:
We are seeking a seasoned and strategic Digital Marketing Manager with 6-10 years of experience, preferably from the travel or hospitality industry. The ideal candidate will lead our digital marketing efforts to build a strong online presence, drive high-quality traffic, improve conversion rates, and deliver a best-in-class digital experience to our customers.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategy & Leadership:
- Develop and execute the digital marketing strategy aligned with business goals.
- Lead and mentor a team of digital marketers.
Performance Marketing:
- Manage and optimize paid media campaigns (Google Ads, Meta, Display, Retargeting).
- Drive performance across acquisition, conversion, and ROI metrics.
SEO & Content Marketing:
- Oversee SEO strategy (technical + content) to grow organic traffic.
- Collaborate with content, product, and design teams to create engaging digital content.
Social Media & Community:
- Manage brand presence on social platforms and build engaging campaigns.
- Identify trends and growth opportunities across channels.
Email & CRM:
- Manage email marketing, lead nurturing, and CRM campaigns to increase repeat bookings and customer retention.
Analytics & Reporting:
- Monitor and report on KPIs using tools like Google Analytics, GA4, SEMrush, Hub Spot, etc.
- Conduct competitor analysis and market research to identify trends and opportunities.
Cross-functional Collaboration:
- Work closely with product, tech, sales, and operations teams to ensure a seamless customer journey.
Requirements:
- 6 to 8 years of hands-on digital marketing experience, preferably in the travel, or B2B industry.
- Proven track record of building and scaling digital marketing strategies.
- Experience working with marketing automation tools, CRMs, and ad tech platforms.
- Analytical mindset with a passion for data-driven decision-making.
- Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
