Position: Data Scientist - Gen AI - 9+ Years
Summary
We are looking for a Data Scientist with 9+ years of experience and strong data engineering exposure to join an advanced analytics and modeling team. The role requires hands-on expertise in Python, machine learning, statistical analysis, and data pipelines. You will work on end-to-end model development, deployment, and visualization to deliver scalable, data-driven solutions supporting business decisions.

Responsibilities
Developing and deploying machine learning models for classification, regression, and clustering use cases
Mandatory hands-on experience in Generative AI, including building and deploying solutions using LLMs, prompt engineering, and model fine-tuning.
Strong exposure to GenAI frameworks and tools such as Lang Chain, Hugging Face, OpenAI APIs, or similar platforms.
Building and optimizing data pipelines and workflows using Airflow
Ensuring data quality, integrity, and availability through robust ETL processes
Deploying machine learning models into production using Python-based frameworks
Creating interactive dashboards and visualizations using Python libraries
Collaborating with cross-functional teams to translate business needs into analytical solutions

Requirements
9+ years of experience in Data Science with exposure to Data Engineering
Strong proficiency in Python, advanced Python concepts, SQL, and Excel
Hands-on experience with machine learning libraries such as scikit-learn, Tensor Flow, or Py Torch
Experience in building data pipelines and workflow orchestration using Airflow or similar tools
Exposure to model deployment using Flask, FastAPI, or similar frameworks

Experience with containerization tools such as Docker;
Kubernetes exposure is a plus
Familiarity with cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or GCP
