About the Role
- We’re on the hunt for a Senior Product Designer who lives and breathes UI/UX and has deep experience designing for fintech products. You’ll play a key role in shaping our user experiences—from high-level flows to the smallest micro-interactions—and work closely with Product, Engineering, and Business teams to bring them to life.

What You'll Do
- -  Own the end-to-end product design process—from research, ideation, wireframes to high-fidelity mockups and prototypes.
-  Understand complex financial products and simplify them into intuitive, user-friendly interfaces.
-  Conduct user research, usability testing, and gather insights to make data-informed design decisions.
- ️ Create scalable design systems, style guides, and reusable UI components.
-  Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure design consistency and excellence across all platforms.
-  Balance user needs with business goals to craft smart and elegant solutions.
-  Mentor junior designers and elevate the design culture across the org.

What You Bring
- - ✅ 5– 7 years of experience in product/UI/UX design—must have fintech or financial services experience.
-  Strong portfolio showcasing real-world fintech products with clean, modern interfaces and thoughtful UX.
-  Deep understanding of design thinking, user-centered design principles, and accessibility standards.
-  Proficiency in tools like Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, and prototyping tools.
-  Detail-oriented with a knack for clean, functional design and a strong eye for typography, spacing, and alignment.
-  Great communicator—able to present ideas clearly to stakeholders and justify design decisions with data and reasoning.
- ⚡ Comfortable in a fast-paced, agile environment with a proactive attitude.

Nice-to-Haves

-  Experience designing for mobile-first or multi-platform fintech apps.
-  Familiarity with front-end dev (HTML/CSS/React basics) is a plus.
