Position:
Senior Tech Lead / Principal Engineer

Experience:

10 – 14 years

We’re hiring a hands-on Senior Tech Lead (10–14 years) to own the technical direction of our new insurance platform. You’ll work closely with the founders and our consultant architect, then gradually take over as the primary tech owner for the platform.

What you’ll do

- Lead architecture and design for distributed, microservices-based systems
- Translate business/domain requirements into clean, scalable technical solutions
- Own core services across backend, frontend, data, and infra
- Set engineering standards, code quality, testing, and CI/CD practices
- Mentor engineers and help shape a high-performing tech team

What you bring

- 10- 14years of experience building and scaling production systems
- Strong proficiency with Type Script and modern backend frameworks
- Solid experience with microservices and cloud-native architectures
- Breadth across the stack (backend, web frontend, data, infra/devops)
- Strong architectural thinking, clear communication, and mentoring ability
