Position Title-Process Leader

Experience Level-8-12yrs

Department-Finance

Location-Gurgaon

Key Responsibilities

• Perform and manage the global sales commission payout process with accuracy and timeliness.

• Ensure proper commission cost booking in line with accounting policies and internal controls.

• Review signed customer contracts (new contracts, amendments, change requests, emails) from a sales and revenue recognition perspective

• Maintain and update real-time contract commercial data in the system

• Prepare and publish sales-related MIS reports for management

• Ensure sales booking is performed correctly as per internal practices, policies, and approval workflows.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve data or booking discrepancies.

• Assist in sales, revenue budget, forecast & variance analysis

• Contribute to project-related activities, including process transitions, and operational improvements.

• Support internal and statutory audit activities by providing required data, documentation, and explanations

Qualifications :

B.com (H) + MBA (Finance) /CMA/ CA

• Knowledge of ERP & Salesforce CRM system & strong in MS Office
