Oracle Technical Recruiter (2–5 Years Experience)
Job Summary
We are seeking an Oracle Technical Recruiter with 2–5 years of experience to manage end‑to‑end hiring for Oracle technology roles, including Oracle Cloud (HCM/ERP/SCM), Fusion Apps, Oracle DBA, and related technical skill sets. Technical recruiters are responsible for sourcing, screening, interviewing candidates, and maintaining strong pipelines for IT/Oracle roles. This position requires strong coordination abilities, excellent Excel expertise, and willingness to support walk‑in interview drives.
Key Responsibilities
1. Sourcing & Talent Pipeline Development
- Source candidates for Oracle technical roles using job boards, social media, and niche tech platforms like Stack Overflow and Git Hub.
- Build and maintain pipelines for Oracle Cloud, ERP, HCM, DBA, and integration specialists.
- Network with IT professionals through meetups, tech forums, and online communities.
2. Screening & Evaluation
- Screen resumes for Oracle-specific technical skills and qualifications.
- Conduct telephonic/video initial rounds to assess technical knowledge and cultural fit.
3. Interview Scheduling & Coordination
- Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and Oracle technical leads across multiple stages.
- Manage technical assessments, panel interviews, and follow‑ups.
- Collect interviewer feedback and support decision-making.
4. Applicant Tracking & Reporting
- Maintain candidate databases, trackers, and recruitment dashboards.
- Perform background checks and reference verifications as required.
6. Walk‑in Interview Coordination
- Manage walk‑in drives including candidate registration, slot allocation, panel coordination, and day‑of-event execution (custom requirement).
- Ensure smooth flow of candidates and timely communication during walk‑ins.
Required
Skills & Qualifications
- 2–5 year's experience as a Technical Recruiter, preferably hiring for Oracle Cloud/ERP/HCM, Oracle DBA, Fusion Apps, or other IT roles.
- Strong understanding of Oracle technical stacks and enterprise IT roles.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Advanced Excel proficiency (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, dashboards, MIS reporting).
- Experience in ATS tools, recruitment tracking, and data-driven reporting.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience organizing walk‑in interviews, mass hiring, or recruitment drives.
- Exposure to Oracle Cloud certification frameworks and role structures.
- Strong analytical mindset for recruitment metrics and forecasting.
