We are seeking candidates exclusively from service-based domains.

Experience in Financial Services (BFSI, Insurance, Finance, Accounting, Financial Planning, Mortgage Broking, Bookkeeping, Taxation, or SMSF) will be a strong advantage.

As a Presales Executive, you will be responsible for translating client requirements into customized, deliverable solutions and supporting the sales team with strategic solution consulting. You will act as the technical and operational bridge between prospective clients, Business Development Managers (BDMs), and internal delivery teams.

This role requires a strong understanding of financial services outsourcing (or similar domains), hands-on experience in proposal creation, and active participation in client-facing discussions.

Key Responsibilities

Sales Discovery & Client Engagement

- Participate in initial sales calls to qualify leads, understand client pain points, and map requirements across service offerings.
- Lead or co-lead discovery sessions to document use cases, workflows, and business objectives.
- Analyse client practices to recommend optimal outsourcing models (e.g., dedicated resources, FTE-based, task-based models).

Proposal & Solution Design

- Create customized solution proposals, including workflow diagrams, service scope definitions, delivery models, and pricing structures.
- Collaborate closely with delivery and operations teams to design accurate and feasible solutions aligned with SLA expectations.
- Develop solution pitch decks, Statements of Work (SoWs), and service agreements in coordination with legal and compliance teams.

Sales Enablement & Presales Support

- Act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) during client meetings, demos, and capability presentations.
- Develop presales collateral such as use cases, process maps, transition plans, and ROI analyses.
- Maintain and update a centralized repository of solution templates, case studies, and service blueprints.

Client Transition & Handover

- Ensure seamless handover of client requirements to operations and delivery teams after deal closure.
- Document process risks, transition timelines, dependencies, and critical success factors.
- Support onboarding and transition calls for the first 2–4 weeks post-signing to ensure client confidence and stability.

Qualifications & Experience

Mandatory Requirements

- 3–4 years of hands-on Presales or Solution Consulting experience within a BPO/KPO/outsourcing organization serving financial services clients.
- Experience engaging with clients across Accounting, Financial Planning, Mortgage Broking, Bookkeeping, Taxation, or SMSF services.
- Proven ability to build detailed proposals, SoWs, and pricing models with accuracy and clarity.
- Strong analytical, process-mapping, and documentation skills; experience with tools such as Visio, Lucidchart, or similar.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with confidence engaging CXOs, Practice Managers, and Advisors.
- High proficiency in MS Office tools, particularly:
- Excel (pricing and cost models)
- PowerPoint (solution and pitch decks)
- Word (SoW and proposal documentation)

Preferred Qualifications

- Exposure to various outsourcing models, including dedicated FTEs, task-based delivery, and seat-based pricing.
- Familiarity with Australian, UK, and US financial compliance and regulatory standards.
- Prior experience working closely with or supporting a Business Development Manager or Sales Consultant.
