Role - IT Project Manager - Cloud
Aviation domain IT Project Manager

Lead and manage end to end project life cycles for aviation related projects , including planning, execution, monitoring and closure

• Oversee multiple IT, cloud-based projects ensuring scope, timeline, and budget compliance

• Skilled in Agile methodologies, progress monitoring, risk identification, and mitigation strategies

• Acts as liaison between technical and functional teams, translating business requirements into technical specifications and overseeing solution integration

• Provides financial insights including budgeting, forecasting, and long-term planning

• Optimizes operational processes, mitigates risks in airport operations and customer services, and maintains on-time performance, safety, and service standards

• Engages stakeholders, manages vendors, negotiates contracts, and ensures compliance with company policies

• Develops and presents performance reports, establishes KPIs, and leads data and analytics projects within budget and timelines

• Leads and motivates teams, conducts training, manages feedback, fosters collaboration, and coordinates with other project managers for resource alignment

• Executes strategic plans, manages budgets and headcount, ensures compliance with aviation regulations and emergency procedures, and monitors market trends for competitiveness

• Maintains open communication and cross-departmental collaboration through meetings and team-building activities

• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills

• Strong problem-solving abilities, attention to detail, and certifications such as PMP or PRINCE2 preferred
