Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Performance Marketer, located in Gurugram. The primary responsibilities include designing and executing digital marketing campaigns across various platforms to drive performance and achieve business goals. The role involves monitoring and analyzing campaign performance metrics, optimizing campaigns for better ROI, and employing data-driven strategies to enhance overall marketing performance. The Performance Marketer will also collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to align marketing initiatives with business objectives.

Qualifications

- Strong expertise in Digital Marketing, Pay-Per-Click (PPC) campaigns, and Search Engine Marketing (SEM)

- Experience with Social Media Marketing (SMM) and performance analytics tools
- Familiarity with A/B testing methodologies and Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO)
- Proficient in using platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, and other programmatic tools for ad placement
- Strong data analysis skills with experience using platforms such as Google Analytics, Tableau, or similar tools
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work within cross-functional teams
- Proven ability to plan, execute, and track targeted marketing campaigns against KPIs
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field is preferred
- Experience in the Fin Tech or financial services industry is a plus
