Qualifications
- Graduate or Postgraduate in BBA /
B.Com / BSc / BA / BMS / MA / MBA / M.Com or equivalent
- 3–5 years of experience in implementation, operations, client delivery, or process execution roles
- Experience working in client-facing roles with responsibility for delivery coordination and execution
- Basic understanding of data concepts (CSV/XML/JSON files, field mapping, validations) preferred
- Prior experience working with MS Excel, PowerPoint, and Word for reporting, tracking, and documentation
- Proven ability to execute tasks under strict timelines while maintaining high accuracy
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality deliverables
- Good verbal and written communication skills for coordination with internal and external stakeholders
- Ability to follow defined processes, SOPs, and implementation guidelines effectively
