Skills and Competencies
Strong ability to use data and insights to drive business strategy
1-3 year of experience in data analysis, reporting, and insights generation
Advanced Excel and SQL skills with Power BI and must have Alteryx experience
Strong analytical skills with experience in data cleansing and governance
Ability to work with unstructured data and translate it into actionable insights
Excellent communication skills for technical and non‑technical audiences
Familiarity with Agile ways of working and data governance practices
Education
Bachelor’s degree in quantitative field (Statistics, Math, Computer Science, Economics)
Preferred Google Data Analytics Certificate, Microsoft Power BI Data Analyst certification
Responsibilities
Perform advanced data analysis to identify trends and generate insights
Build dashboards and reports to support data‑driven decisions
Design data models for predictive and prescriptive analytics
Support migration to cloud-based data infrastructure
Drive data-led enhancements across Pricing, Product, and Sales workflows
Analyze large datasets for anomalies and optimization opportunities
Define and harmonize data requirements to improve efficiency
Monitor KPIs for data quality and performance; recommend improvements
Identify automation opportunities and support predictive modeling
Contribute to long‑term digitization and generative AI initiatives
About the Team
Our Commercial Analytics / Data Strategy team is responsible for enabling data‑driven decision‑making across the business
We support transformation through
Delivering actionable insights that enhance pricing, product, and sales performance
Improving data quality, governance, and reporting frameworks
Leading modernization and digitization programs using advanced analytics and AI
