Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Performance Marketer at our Gurugram office. The Performance Marketer will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing digital marketing campaigns across various channels. Day-to-day tasks include managing paid advertising efforts (such as PPC and social media ads), analyzing campaign performance, implementing data-driven strategies, coordinating with creative teams for ads, and identifying growth opportunities to maximize ROI and customer engagement.

Qualifications
Expertise in campaign management, including Pay-Per-Click (PPC) advertising and paid social media marketing
Proven skills in analytics and reporting for campaign performance and KPIs
Proficiency in tools like Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, and data analytics platforms
A solid understanding of A/B testing, conversion optimization, and retargeting strategies

Experience with SEO, SEM, and content marketing initiatives
Excellent project management and communication skills
Ability to work collaboratively with creative and technical teams
Relevant experience in digital marketing, preferably in a similar role
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
