Job Summary We are seeking a seasoned D365 F&O Technical Developer with 5–8 years of hands-on experience in end to-end implementations, particularly in the Finance domain. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in D365 F&O On-Premises, with a future-ready mindset for cloud migration. Full-stack development capabilities are highly desirable.
Key Responsibilities
• Lead and execute technical development for D365 F&O implementations across Finance, Projects, Procurement, Indian (Payroll,, e-invoices) ,taxation, PMA, Timesheet, Mobile Apps, and APIs.
• Customize and extend D365 F&O using X++, .NET, and other relevant technologies.
• Integrate D365 F&O with external systems using REST ful APIs and custom connectors.
• Collaborate with functional consultants to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• End-to-end project
• Implementation exposure
• Optimize performance and ensure scalability of customizations.
• Prepare for future cloud migration by aligning current developments with Microsoft best practices.
Required Qualifications
• 5–8 years of experience in D365 F&O.
• Minimum 4–5 end-to-end implementations experience in Finance domain.
• Strong expertise in X++, C#, .NET, SQL Server, and Azure Dev Ops.
• Experience with mobile app integration and API development.
• Full-stack development experience is a strong plus.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
