Role

Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Consultant – SAP EWM to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in implementing, optimizing, and supporting SAP EWM solutions. This role involves collaborating with business units, designing scalable solutions, and driving end-to-end project execution to achieve operational excellence.

Responsibilities:
Engaged in managing full-cycle, large-scale, end-to-end project implementations.
Accountable for designing and delivering solutions tailored to business unit requirements.
Responsible for defining, documenting, and modeling business processes.
Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather, analyze, and finalize business requirements.
Perform data analysis to highlight insights and uncover improvement opportunities.
Develop and execute SIT test cases to validate system functionality.
Review and refine UAT scenarios with business teams and support the sign-off process.
Coordinate with third-party vendors to ensure timely, quality-driven delivery within project scope.
Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation.
Prepare and deliver training sessions for system users to ensure successful adoption.
Partner with business units daily to achieve defined operational and project goals.
Contribute effectively as part of a cross-functional project team.
Conduct requirement-gathering sessions with business users.
Prepare detailed functional specifications for development and configuration activities.
Perform fit-gap analysis against SAP standard functionalities.
Possess experience integrating with SAP SD, MM, and QM modules.
Knowledge of Labour Management and MFS is an added advantage.
Demonstrate strong individual contribution with minimal dependency and clear articulation.

People Management:
The incumbent holds no direct supervisory responsibilities but is expected to engage effectively within their function and collaboratively across cross-functional teams. This role contributes meaningfully, whether through operational contributions and/or by offering specialized expertise, guidance, and support, to ensure alignment with either functional and/or strategic organizational goals and objectives.

Functional / Technical

Competencies:

• Strong knowledge of SAP EWM functionalities and integration with other SAP modules.

• Proficiency in business process definition and data analysis.

• Hands-on experience in SIT and UAT testing methodologies.

• Effective project management and vendor management skills.

• Excellent documentation and training delivery abilities.

Experience:

Extensive experience (typically 6+ years) in SAP EWM implementation and support.
Proven track record of leading SAP EWM projects.

Experience with SAP ERP and other related modules (e.g., MM, SD, WM).
