Role Overview  We’re looking for a  highly hands-on Digital Growth & Marketplace Executive  who understands both:
✔ Performance marketing basics (Meta + Google)
✔ Marketplace operations & catalog management
This is an execution-heavy role. Strategy and direction will be provided — your job is to  run, optimise, maintain, and improve .
If you enjoy dashboards, numbers, product visibility, and problem-solving, this role will suit you extremely well.
What You’ll Be Responsible For

1. Performance Marketing Execution   Manage Meta & Google ad accounts
Handle monthly ad budgets in the ₹10-25 lakh range
Monitor ROAS, CTR, CPA, and basic performance metrics
Coordinate creatives & copies with internal teams
Perform day-to-day optimisations

2. Marketplace & E-commerce Operations   Create and manage listings on Myntra, Nykaa, and other platforms
Maintain catalog hygiene (images, descriptions, attributes, pricing)
Manage discounting & promotional updates
Ensure product visibility and discoverability
Support visual merchandising initiatives on marketplaces

3. Marketplace Execution & Revenue Support

Execute growth initiatives provided by leadership
Track product performance & identify listing gaps
Coordinate with internal teams for inventory & stock updates
Assist in improving conversion & product presentation
(Important: This role executes marketplace efforts — it does not own overall strategy.)

4. Operational & Inventory Coordination   Work closely with inventory & operations teams
Monitor stock availability & prevent listing mismatches
Ensure smooth catalog & product lifecycle management
Maintain data accuracy across platforms

Who This Role Is Ideal For   2-5 years of experience
Comfortable working with dashboards & spreadsheets
Strong attention to detail (critical for marketplaces)
Naturally organised & process-oriented
Enjoys execution more than meetings
