What Your Day Would Be Like

Design, develop, and maintain scalable and reliable data pipelines using AWS services.
Build and optimize ETL/ELT workflows using AWS Glue, Lambda, Athena, Python, and PySpark.
Develop distributed data processing solutions for large-scale datasets.
Implement data transformation, cleansing, and aggregation logic.
Design and manage data models in Snowflake and Mongo

DB.
Handle structured and semi-structured data (JSON, Parquet, CSV, etc.).
Optimize data warehouse performance, query tuning, and cost management.
Automate data workflows and ensure data quality, governance, and reliability.
Collaborate with data scientists, analysts, and business stakeholders to deliver data-driven solutions.
Monitor, troubleshoot, and improve data platform performance.

Required Skills:

A bachelors or masters degree in a technical field.
8+ years of experience in data engineering or a similar role.
Strong AWS data engineering experience, including S3, Glue, Athena, Lambda, Step Functions, Lake Formation, KMS, and Cloud Watch.
Advanced SQL skills for complex transformations and data modeling.
Strong experience in Python.

Experience with Snowflake & MongoDB
Familiarity with CI/CD and Dev Ops practices.
