Role Description
We are looking for a proactive and skilled Production Software Engineer with 1–3 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate should have strong problem-solving abilities, hands-on programming experience, and a keen interest in maintaining and enhancing production applications. This role combines technical development skills with operational support responsibilities to ensure application stability, performance, and continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities
Analyze, debug, and resolve production incidents in a timely manner.
Develop fixes, enhancements, and small feature changes in applications written in Node.js and Java .
Collaborate with development, QA, and Dev Ops teams to ensure smooth deployments and application stability.
Monitor application performance, logs, and error reports to proactively identify potential issues.
Participate in root cause analysis (RCA) and implement long-term solutions for recurring problems.
Write and maintain technical documentation for application workflows, support procedures, and troubleshooting guides.
Support release activities, deployments, and version upgrades across environments.
Qualifications
1–3 years of hands-on experience in application support and development.
Strong programming knowledge in Node.js and Java .
Experience with REST APIs , microservices , and troubleshooting integration issues.
Familiarity with databases (SQL/No
SQL) for querying, debugging, and issue resolution.
Working knowledge of Git , CI/CD pipelines, and deployment processes.
Exposure to Linux/Unix environments , scripting, and log analysis.
Strong analytical, debugging, and problem-solving skills.
Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) .
