As we continue to scale, we are looking for a hard-core Performance Marketing Manager with hands-on execution skills and proven track record of driving measurable growth in e-commerce .
Role Overview
You will own and drive performance marketing end-to-end across digital channels , focusing on user acquisition, conversion optimization, and revenue growth . Your key responsibility is to maximize ROI and scale campaigns effectively while continuously testing and optimizing funnels across GCC markets.
Key Responsibilities
Plan, execute, and optimize high-performing paid campaigns across Meta Ads, Google Ads (Search, Display, You Tube, Shopping), and DSP platforms
Manage Shopping Ads and Catalog Campaigns with feed optimization, product segmentation, and audience targeting to maximize ROAS and LTV
Drive measurable growth in acquisition, activation, and revenue through ROI-focused strategies
Manage and optimize high ad-spend budgets efficiently across channels, ensuring CAC targets are met
Track, analyze, and report performance metrics : CTR, CPC, CAC, ROAS, LTV, conversion rates, and campaign ROI
Run A/B and multivariate tests on creatives, messaging, catalog structure, and audiences
Collaborate closely with category, analytics, product, and design teams to optimize the customer journey and conversion funnels
Stay updated on GCC e-commerce trends, platform innovations, and performance marketing best practices
Skills & Experience Required
3–5 years of hands-on performance marketing experience in e-commerce, marketplace, or app-based businesses (mandatory)
Strong expertise in Meta Ads and Google Ads , including Shopping Ads and catalog optimization
Experience in segmenting audiences and campaigns by category, price, margin, and performance metrics
Proven track record managing high-budget campaigns with measurable ROI and business impact
Advanced analytical skills using Google Analytics / GA4, GTM, dashboards to drive actionable insights
Knowledge of GCC consumer behavior and digital ecosystem is a plus
Ability to execute in a fast-paced environment with ownership mindset
