Role Summary
The Senior Business Analyst will act as a SME in Avaloq Wealth, analyzing current business processes, identifying system gaps, and defining future-state solutions. This role involves stakeholder engagement, advisory leadership, workshop facilitation, and cross-team decision influence.
Key Responsibilities
Act as SME for Avaloq Wealth implementations and enhancements
Analyze business models, operational workflows, and system integrations
Conduct requirement gathering workshops with business and technical stakeholders
Define current state vs. future state solutions
Translate business needs into functional specifications
Drive cross-team solution alignment and decision-making
Provide advisory recommendations across multiple work streams
Create BRDs, FRDs, process flows, and solution documentation
Support implementation lifecycle including UAT and change management
Must Have Qualifications
12+ years of total experience
Hands-on experience in Avaloq Wealth platform
Strong knowledge of wealth management products & processes
Expertise in business analysis methodologies
Experience in large-scale banking or wealth transformation programs
Strong stakeholder management & influencing skills
Experience working in cross-functional teams
15 years full-time education (mandatory)
