Pluto Mobility is building scooter-sized 3W EVs purpose-built for last-mile delivery.
Our vehicles carry 2× more orders per trip and reduce delivery costs per order. We operate our in-house fleet to provide delivery services for brands.

The Role
We Ae looking for a Brand & Content Lead to build and execute Pluto’s marketing narrative across digital channels.
You will work closely with the founders and product team to shape how Pluto communicates — from thought leadership and product storytelling to performance-driven growth campaigns. This role requires someone who can think strategically and execute hands-on.

What You’ll Do
Build and execute content strategy across Linked In, Instagram, and X
Own the founders’ Linked In positioning and narrative
Translate engineering and operational insights into clear, strong content
Plan and manage the content calendar end-to-end
Help conceptualise and coordinate video content (product demos, rider stories, founder POVs)
Manage and optimise paid campaigns (Linked In, Meta, Google as required)
Track performance metrics and improve engagement and lead quality
Work with agencies and freelancers when needed

What We’re Looking Fo r
3–5 years of experience in marketing, content, or growth roles
Strong writing and storytelling skills
Experience handling founder or B2B content is a plus
Exposure to performance marketing and campaign optimisation
Comfort working in an early-stage, fast-moving environment
Strong ownership mindset
