Roles and responsibilities
Lead and develop high-performing teams  in designing, building, and scaling robust data engineering and backend systems using Python, SQL, and modern data platforms (e.g., Snowflake, AWS Glue, Lambda).
Design and implement AI-driven analytics solutions,  apply advanced machine learning and GenAI techniques such as prompt engineering, Lang Chain integration, and agentic AI frameworks leveraging OpenAI and similar platforms.
Architect scalable data pipelines and foundations  to support enterprise-wide analytics, automation, and AI-driven decision-making.
Establish and uphold best practices  for model development, validation, documentation, and ethical AI, ensuring consistency and quality across all initiatives.

Bridging strategy and execution —  you can define data and AI vision while remaining hands-on in technical delivery, ensuring that architecture and solutions meet real business needs.
Applying deep technical expertise —  you bring strong knowledge of data science, machine learning, large language models (LLMs), and generative AI frameworks (e.g., Lang Chain), with hands-on experience in prompt engineering and retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) techniques.
Designing and scaling AI solutions —  you understand how to design, optimize, and scale AI and data solutions on AWS, GCP, and Azure, leveraging modern cloud architectures and MLOps best practices.
Designing for scalability and performance —  you’re experienced in building and optimizing data architectures, pipelines, and model deployment frameworks that support enterprise-grade analytics.
Driving innovation and continuous improvement —  you explore and integrate emerging AI technologies and methodologies to enhance analytical capabilities and efficiency.
Simplifying complexity —  you can translate advanced technical concepts into clear, actionable insights for senior business stakeholders.
Collaborating across disciplines —  you partner effectively with data engineers, analysts, product managers, and business leaders to align technical execution with strategic objectives.
