Automation Team Lead

The Team Lead will support the Capability Hubs Group by driving process improvements and overseeing project automation execution. The role involves leading a high-performing team, collaborating with global stakeholders, and ensuring quality and efficiency across deliverables.

• Drive automation (Power app, Power Automate) initiatives and support transformation projects across central operations

• Connect with stakeholders to understand the end to end objective, scope, and associated deliverables.

• Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to gather functional and non functional requirements

• Lead, mentor, and guide team members, ensuring effective workload management and timely delivery

• Prepare internal reports and maintain dashboards for operational insights

• Work closely with the project leads to ensure consistency and devise quality procedures, standards, and specifications

• Analyze business needs to translate them into actionable tasks for the team

• Act as a bridge between stakeholders, project management, and delivery teams.

• Document processes and ensure adherence to quality standards and controls

• Act as a liaison between stakeholders, project leads, and delivery teams

• Maintain transparent communication, manage expectations, and proactively address risks

• Collaborate with global delivery centres on ad hoc projects and leverage best practices

Mandatory technical & functional skills

• Proficient in MS office Suite, particularly in Power Apps, Power Automate, SharePoint List, Power

BI, AI

• Expert in VBA and Excel, including enabling macros and pivot tables

• Possess good communication skill as well as project and stakeholder management skills

• Be able to drive insightful conversations with senior leaders / Partners and be a strong team player

• Assist in basic level of data gathering and assistance in administrative tasks

• Willingness to learn and adopt new skills and technologies
