About the Role:

As a Product Designer at Driffle, you will own end-to-end design for product areas, from discovery to delivery. You will help establish our design culture, processes, features and foundations (like our design system), while balancing user needs, business goals, and technical feasibility. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a startup environment, enjoys wearing multiple hats, and wants to have a significant impact on both product and design practice.

Key Responsibilities:

Own end-to-end product design for learner and mentor journeys across dashboards, studio projects, and career workflows.
Partner with Product Managers and Engineers to define requirements and translate them into seamless user experiences.
Conduct user research to identify pain points and opportunities.
Design intuitive flows for cohort management, attendance, assignments, assessments, and job applications.
Create and maintain Driffles design system to ensure consistency across all touchpoints.
Prototype, test, and iterate solutions based on feedback and data insights.

Requirements:
2-3 years of product design experience in a product company.
Ability to identify issues on their own and propose ways to improve them.
Strong communication skills - able to explain design rationale to cross-functional partners.
Willingness to learn and ability to positively receive feedback from others and make improvements.
Proficiency with design and prototyping tools.
A portfolio demonstrating user-centred design process and impactful product work.
