Job Summary:

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Odoo Functional Consultant with 1–2 years of experience to join our team in Gurugram. The candidate will be responsible for providing functional support, handling client interactions, managing master data, and assisting in Odoo Studio configuration and setup.

Key Responsibilities:

- Provide functional support for Odoo ERP modules to clients.
- Handle client calls, requirement discussions, and issue resolution.
- Manage and maintain master data including products, customers, vendors, pricing, and configurations.
- Assist in Odoo Studio setup, customization, and workflow configuration as per business needs.
- Understand client requirements and translate them into functional solutions.
- Coordinate with the technical team for customization and bug fixes when required.
- Perform testing, documentation, and user training support.
- Ensure timely resolution of support tickets and client queries.

Required Skills &

Qualifications:

- 1–2 years of experience working with Odoo ERP as a Functional Consultant or Support Executive.
- Basic understanding of business processes such as Sales, Purchase, Inventory, Accounting, or CRM.
- Experience in client handling and support environment.
- Knowledge of Odoo Studio, workflows, and configurations is preferred.
- Good communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to learn quickly and work in a team environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

- B.Com (Bachelor of Commerce) or related field.
- Certification or training in Odoo will be an added advantage.
- Experience in ERP implementation or support projects.
