About the Role

Founded by IIT alumni, Xponentium is an AI-first staff augmentation engine scaling at high velocity. We run AI Services, Media Analytics for News Industry and Staffing/Recruiting for billion dollar companies.

Key Responsibilities:

- Multiple roles across functions, on high intensity problem solving
- You will start with full-cycle Client Success:
Manage the end-to-end client journey, ensuring rapid resolution of all queries from the initial job opening through to successful candidate onboarding.
- TAT & Pipeline Velocity:
Enforce strict "Screen-to-Select" timelines. Proactively manage "Aging CVs" and drive interview scheduling through persistent, omnichannel follow-ups (Email/Whats App) while leading crisis management for any TAT delays.

What We Are Looking For :

- 6 months to 2 years of experience in mostly Startups or high pressure roles

- Tech-Native:
You are comfortable with Airtable, Excel, and modern dashboards.

- NCR Based:
Willing to work from our office to collaborate directly with the CEO. Our office is walking distance from Millennium Centre Metro.

- This is not a data analyst role but much more.
