About the Role

We are seeking a skilled AI / GenAI professional with strong hands-on expertise in Large

Language Models (LLMs), Agentic AI frameworks, and enterprise application integration.

The ideal candidate is equally comfortable in research and production, with the ability to

prototype quickly (PoCs) and then scale to production-grade systems.

This role requires a mix of AI/ML engineering, software architecture, and problem-solving

skills, plus the ability to work closely with product and business teams.

Key Responsibilities

AI & GenAI Development

- Design, fine-tune, and deploy LLM-based solutions (e.g., GPT, LLaMA, Claude,
- Mistral).
- Build Agentic AI systems capable of reasoning, planning, and tool use.
- Develop RAG pipelines with vector databases and embeddings.
- Implement prompt engineering, evaluation, and optimization strategies.

System Architecture

- Architect end-to-end AI-powered systems integrated with enterprise
- applications.
- Recommend infrastructure requirements (GPU clusters, cloud AI services,
- vector DBs).
- Build scalable APIs and microservices for AI solutions.

PoC to Production

- Quickly build Proof of Concepts (PoCs) to validate ideas.
- Transition PoCs into robust production-grade solutions.
- Ensure scalability, security, and cost-efficiency.

Business & Application Alignment

- Work with stakeholders to understand business problems.
- Translate requirements into AI-powered workflows and applications.

- Integrate AI with CRM, ERP, and LoB systems.

Collaboration & Best Practices

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (engineering, product, business).
- Drive adoption of ML Ops, CI/CD, testing, and monitoring.
- Stay ahead of emerging AI/GenAI trends and bring innovation to projects.

Requirements

Experience:

5–8 years in AI/ML/GenAI development (with hands-on delivery).

Core AI/GenAI

Skills:

- Strong knowledge of LLMs, embeddings, transformers, RAG pipelines.

- Experience with Lang Chain, Llama Index, Auto Gen, Haystack or similar
- frameworks.
- Familiarity with fine-tuning, model serving, and evaluation.
- Proficiency in Python, Node.js (AI backends, APIs).

Infra & Data:

- Hands-on with cloud AI platforms (AWS Bedrock, Azure OpenAI, GCP Vertex
- AI).

- Experience with GPU clusters (A100, A6000) or managed GPU services.
- Knowledge of databases (SQL/No

SQL) and vector DBs (Pinecone, Weaviate,
- FAISS).

Software Engineering:

- Experience in APIs, microservices, containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Good knowledge of CI/CD, testing, and deployment pipelines.

Soft Skills:

- Ability to understand business use cases and design AI workflows.
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.

Nice to Have

- Exposure to multi-agent systems or autonomous AI agents.
- Prior work in contact center AI, CRM/ERP automation, or enterprise AI adoption.

- Experience with GenAI-based analytics and dashboards.
- Familiarity with prompt optimization and evaluation frameworks.
