We are looking for a Social Media Manager to lead and scale Scry AI’s digital presence across global platforms, strengthening brand authority and driving engagement within enterprise AI ecosystems.

Role Overview

As Social Media Manager, you will own the strategy, planning, and execution of Scry AI’s social media initiatives across platforms such as Linked In, X, You Tube, and other relevant channels. You will translate complex AI solutions into compelling, high-impact content that resonates with enterprise leaders, decision-makers, and technology professionals. Your work will directly influence brand visibility, inbound engagement, and thought leadership positioning.

Key Responsibilities

Social Media Strategy and Planning

- Develop and execute a comprehensive social media strategy aligned with business and GTM objectives
- Create monthly content calendars aligned with campaigns, product launches, and events
- Identify platform-specific growth strategies to increase reach and engagement
- Track and optimize performance using analytics and insights

Content Creation and Execution

- Write and publish high-quality posts, threads, carousels, and short-form videos
- Collaborate with design and video teams to produce engaging visual content
- Repurpose webinars, whitepapers, blogs, and case studies into platform-native formats
- Ensure consistency in tone, voice, and messaging across all channels

Thought Leadership and Brand Building

- Amplify leadership voices through personal branding strategies
- Identify trending topics and contribute meaningful insights to industry conversations
- Engage with enterprise communities, industry influencers, and partners
- Position Scry AI as a trusted authority in enterprise AI and automation

Performance and Growth Optimization

- Monitor KPIs such as impressions, engagement rate, follower growth, and lead generation
- Run A/B tests on content formats and messaging approaches
- Coordinate paid promotion campaigns where applicable
- Generate periodic performance reports with actionable insights

Required Qualifications and Skills

- 2+ years of experience managing social media for B2B, SaaS, or enterprise tech brands
- Strong writing skills with the ability to simplify complex AI and technology concepts

- Experience with Linked In growth strategies and professional audience engagement
- Familiarity with social media analytics tools and performance tracking
- Basic understanding of visual storytelling and short-form video trends
- Experience in AI, enterprise software, or technology marketing is preferred
