Website Compliance & QA Analyst

Location:

Gurgaon (On-site)

Experience:

Key Responsibilities:

- Perform end-to-end testing of website functionality, UI/UX, forms, links, and integrations.
- Identify bugs and coordinate with developers for resolution.
- Conduct regular website audits to ensure performance, security, and responsiveness.
- Ensure compliance with US regulatory standards and website guidelines.
- Review privacy policies, cookie policies, disclaimers, and accessibility standards.
- Monitor website updates and ensure compliance consistency.
- Maintain documentation of testing reports and compliance checks.

Required Skills:

- Strong understanding of website QA testing processes.
- Knowledge of US website compliance standards (ADA, privacy policies, etc.).
- Basic understanding of HTML/CSS (preferred).
- Strong attention to detail.
- Ability to work with tech and design teams.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in Website QA, Testing, or Compliance roles.
- Knowledge of US website compliance standards (ADA, privacy policies, cookie regulations, etc.).
- Familiarity with website testing tools and basic understanding of HTML/CSS is preferred.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Good communication and documentation skills.
