What You’ll Own

- Design and deliver detailed technical solutions for enterprise applications using modern technology stacks, setting the standard for quality and innovation.
- Mentor and coach your peers, helping them sharpen their skills and reach new heights in their careers.
- Collaborate closely with solution architects, developers, engineers, and DBAs to ensure seamless technical execution aligned with architectural goals.
- Lead technical implementation efforts, coordinating across teams to keep projects on track and aligned with strategic objectives.
- Drive code quality through rigorous reviews, ensuring adherence to standards and architectural designs.
- Act as the go-to technical resource, troubleshooting complex challenges and guiding the team to effective solutions.
- Ensure clear understanding and communication of solution requirements, maintaining transparency with all stakeholders.
- Write clean, tested code aligned with Agile stories, championing best practices in coding and testing.
- Advocate and embed best practices and continuous improvement within your team and the wider organisation.
- Be an active member of the Our Clients Technology community—collaborate, contribute, and grow.
- Build strong partnerships with product owners, architects, analysts, and leadership to drive product success.
- Work with state-of-the-art technologies to create impactful, scalable solutions.
- Recommend and implement code improvements to enhance existing systems.

Your AI Expertise

- Analyse AI evolution and its business impact to identify innovation opportunities.
- Ensure AI governance, security, compliance, and ethical standards are met.
- Leverage generative AI, large language models (LLMs), NLP, and computer vision to build intelligent applications.
- Integrate AI tools into development workflows to boost productivity and code quality.
- Design autonomous systems using agentic AI to automate and optimise operations.
- Utilise cloud AI and ML services (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) for scalable intelligent solutions.
- Apply machine learning and deep learning fundamentals to enhance business processes.
- Commit to continuous learning and collaborate with AI experts to deliver cutting-edge solutions.

Qualification Criteria

What You Bring

- BE/BTech with strong 14+ years of experience and hands on technologist.
- Proven experience with MEAN stack, .Net Core, containerisation (Kubernetes), microservices, and secure-by-design principles.
- Strong knowledge of multi-factor authentication, single sign-on (OAuth, SAML), and secure Dev Ops practices.
- Hands-on experience with Agile methodologies and quality tools, including unit and integration testing.
- Familiarity with public cloud platforms, preferably AWS.
- SaaS product experience is a plus.
- Excellent communication, facilitation, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively, managing multiple priorities effectively.

- Experience with messaging systems like Mass Transit or Rabbit

MQ is advantageous.
