Marsh is seeking candidates for the following position based in the Noida/Gurugram/Pune/Mumbai office:
Senior Principal Engineer / Manager - IT Quality & Assurance Testing
We are looking for strong automation testers with expertise in JavaScript/Typescript to work on strategic projects and make their contribution to creating & enhancing test automation framework

- Assist in planning and managing the project deliveries
- Be a team player to fulfil delivery timelines and be compliant to all policies
- Align with stakeholders and project needs to ensure quality deliverables
- Engage and maintain high Stakeholder engagement, develop employee competency and assist in the understanding of deliverables
We will count on you to:
- Proficient in the following Test automation languages and framework;
JavaScript/Typescript
- Strong experience working with MSSQL, API test automation/
- Strong experience in either Webdriver
IO or Cypress or Playwright
- Good understanding of working with a source control systems such as Azure Dev Ops/TFS, Github or Bitbucket
- Experience working with Jira
What you need to have:
- Strong understanding of Test Engineering and Quality Assurance best practices, tools and policies
- The ability to communicate effectively to both technical and non-technical colleagues in a cross-functional environment
- Proven track record of successfully delivering Quality software solutions
- Strong Leadership skills and a team player
- Experience or knowledge of working with Agile at Scale, Lean and Continuous Delivery approaches such as Continuous Integration, Test-Driven Development and Infrastructure as Code
- Experience in selenium tools and Configuring Selenium Test Environment (Ex: Eclipse IDE, Java, Selenium-C# etc…). Involvement in Test Environment Setup
- Familiar with Automation Framework Design and Implementation
- Understanding of CI/CD and Dev Ops practices
- Good communication skills
