Role Overview

We are seeking a Performance Marketing Manager with strong hands-on expertise in Facebook Ads and Google Ads to drive lead generation for our real estate projects. The ideal candidate should be data-driven, ROI-focused, and experienced in managing performance budgets effectively.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan, execute, and optimize paid campaigns on:
- Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram)
- Google Ads (Search, Display, You Tube)
- Generate qualified real estate leads at target CPL
- Develop audience targeting, retargeting, and funnel strategies
- Set up and manage conversion tracking (Meta Pixel, Google Tag Manager, GA4)
- Conduct A/B testing on creatives, copies, and landing pages
- Manage and scale monthly ad budgets
- Analyze performance data and share weekly/monthly reports
- Coordinate closely with the sales team to improve lead quality and site visit conversions

Required Skills

- Strong hands-on experience with Facebook Ads Manager
- Expertise in Google Ads campaign setup and optimization
- Clear understanding of performance marketing metrics (CPL, ROAS, CTR, Conversion Rate)
- Experience in real estate lead generation preferred
- Data-driven mindset with strong analytical skills

Qualifications

- Graduate in Marketing / Business / Digital Marketing
- Google & Meta certifications preferred
- 2–5 years of experience in paid digital marketing
