Consultant- Collibra Developer

Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Data Engineer with deep technical expertise in the Collibra platform, including workflow configuration, Data Catalog, API integration, and Collibra Console administration. The candidate should have strong knowledge of metadata management and data lineage principles, ensuring accurate lineage mapping and visualization across systems. Additionally, experience in implementing Master Data Management (MDM) solutions and best practices is essential.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform data analysis, data modeling, and implement robust data pipelines.

• Collaborate with source systems’ data stewards, system owners, and technical personnel for data governance and resolve any data quality or technical issues related to data ingestion.

• Work on proof-of-concept projects / data prototype development in the data solutions domain.

• Interact with customers to understand their business problems and provide best data solutions.

• Implement and manage Collibra workflows for data governance, stewardship, and approval processes.

• Configure Collibra Data Catalog, Data Quality dashboards, and integrate Collibra with other enterprise systems.

• Manage Collibra APIs for automation and custom integrations.

• Set up Collibra policies, roles, and responsibilities for governance frameworks.

• Administer and configure Collibra Console for platform management, upgrades, and performance tuning.

• Establish and maintain metadata repositories and ensure accurate data lineage tracking across systems.

• Enable end-to-end lineage visualization for critical data elements to support compliance and impact analysis.

Required Qualifications

• Graduation / postgraduation in computer science / engineering from a reputed university

• 4-10 years of experience in Collibra, Metadata management.

• Hands-on experience with Collibra Data Governance Center, including workflow configuration, cataloging, policy management, API integration, and Collibra Console administration.

• Strong knowledge of metadata management and data lineage principles, including lineage mapping and visualization.

• Good knowledge of data flows between landing to stage to base object

• Knowledge of setting up match rules and analysis of match data.

• Working knowledge in data modeling, data architecture, meta data management, and data governance
