Role Overview

We are looking for a seasoned Technical Program Manager with 15+ years of experience to drive complex, cross-functional technical programs in a fast-paced product startup environment. This role requires strong technical depth, execution excellence, and leadership to scale products from 0→1 and 1→N while aligning engineering, product, and business goals.

You will work closely with Engineering Leaders, Product Managers, Architects, and Founders to deliver high-impact programs across platform, infrastructure, and customer-facing products.

Key Responsibilities

- Own end-to-end delivery of large-scale, multi-team technical programs
- Drive program planning, dependency management, risk mitigation, and execution
- Partner with Product & Engineering to translate product vision into executable technical roadmaps
- Lead architecture-level discussions and influence technical decision-making
- Manage cross-functional stakeholders (Engineering, Product, Design, Infra, Security, Data)
- Establish and improve program management frameworks, metrics, and governance
- Ensure on-time, high-quality delivery in an agile, startup environment
- Drive scalability, reliability, performance, and security initiatives
- Mentor junior TPMs and help build program management maturity
- Act as a bridge between business and engineering, balancing speed and quality
