Junior Product Manager

Position: Junior Product Manager (1-3 years)
HULP is seeking a Junior Product Manager for a core consumer-facing product role. This position sits within the team that owns the complete end-to-end journey of the end customer. A strong understanding of B2C product behavior : engagement, retention, drop-offs, usability, and iteration velocity is critical. This is not a coordination role; it is a build-and-ship role within a live consumer environment.

Responsibilities:

- Consumer Product Ownership:
Own small-to-medium features across the full lifecycle : idea, validation, launch, iteration with a sharp focus on improving the end-user experience. Translate real user problems into structured PRDs, user stories, and prioritized backlogs.

- B2C Journey & Growth Focus:
Work on acquisition-to-retention funnels, optimize onboarding and engagement loops, analyze user behavior, and continuously refine the consumer journey based on data and feedback.

- Execution with Engineering & Design:
Collaborate daily with engineering and design to scope features, manage trade-offs, and ship at speed in an Agile setup. Maintain clarity across sprints and releases.

- User Insight & Metrics:
Speak to users, interpret qualitative and quantitative feedback, track feature performance, and drive iterations based on metrics not assumptions.

Preferred Exposure:

Experience with consumer analytics tools (Mixpanel, Amplitude, GA), familiarity with Jira/Linear/Confluence, basic understanding of UX principles, APIs, and product experimentation frameworks.
