We are looking for a strategic and performance-driven Programmatic Media Manager to lead our programmatic function in Gurgaon. This role involves end-to-end ownership of client campaigns—from strategy and planning to execution and optimization—driving data-led, measurable outcomes across programmatic platforms.
Experience:
2–4 years
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end programmatic campaign management across Display, Video, Native, Audio, and Connected TV.
- Develop programmatic strategies aligned with clients’ business objectives and KPIs.
- Plan, set up, and optimize campaigns across DSPs such as DV360, The Trade Desk, Amazon DSP, etc.
- Manage audience strategy including first-party, third-party, and data marketplace integrations.
- Execute advanced targeting tactics including contextual, behavioral, retargeting, and lookalike modeling.
- Monitor pacing, performance metrics (CTR, CPA, ROAS, viewability, etc.), and drive ongoing optimizations.
- Conduct A/B testing, bid strategy adjustments, and inventory optimization.
- Coordinate with ad ops teams for trafficking, tag implementation, and troubleshooting.
- Deliver detailed performance reports, dashboards, insights, and post-campaign analyses.
- Lead client calls and present performance reviews, strategic recommendations, and growth opportunities.
- Ensure brand safety, ad fraud prevention, and compliance with industry standards.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with search, social, analytics, and creative teams for integrated planning.
Qualifications &
Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree; MBA/PG Diploma in Business Management preferred.
- 2–4 years of hands-on experience in programmatic media buying and digital performance marketing.
- Strong expertise in Google Marketing Platform (DV360), The Trade Desk, and other leading DSPs.
- Working knowledge of Google Analytics, Campaign Manager 360, and ad-serving platforms.
- Experience with DMP/CDP integrations and audience segmentation strategies.
- Strong understanding of programmatic ecosystem including SSPs, Ad Exchanges, and data providers.
- Proficiency in tracking, tagging (Floodlight, pixels), and attribution models.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills with client-facing experience.
- Experience mentoring junior team members and managing client expectations.
Skills & Tools:
- Hands-on expertise in DV360, The Trade Desk, Amazon DSP, and other programmatic platforms.
- Strong understanding of programmatic bidding models (CPM, vCPM, CPA, CPC).
- Familiarity with brand safety and verification tools (IAS, Double Verify, etc.).
- Advanced Excel/Google Sheets skills for performance analysis.
- Certification in DV360 and Google Ads preferred.
- Detail-oriented, process-driven, and up-to-date with evolving ad tech trends.
