The Role:

We are looking for a results-driven SEO & Content Marketing Specialist with 2–4 years of experience to take ownership of our organic growth capabilities.

This is not a traditional "back-office SEO" role. You won't just be staring  will be the bridge between technical SEO, creative content strategy, and active community engagement. We need someone who understands that modern SEO isn't just about keywords—it's about building authority through great content and genuine interactions on platforms like Quora and Reddit, while understanding how paid advertising fits into the bigger picture.

Key Responsibilities:

- Core SEO Strategy:
Execute comprehensive on-page, off-page, and technical SEO strategies to increase organic rankings, traffic, and conversions. Conduct regular site audits and keyword research.
- SEO-Driven Content Creation:
You won't just optimize existing text; you will create (or heavily guide the creation of) high-quality, optimized blog posts, landing pages, and resources that answer our audience's deepest questions.
- Community & Authority Building:
Develop and execute strategies to build brand authority outside of our website. This includes active, value-driven participation in relevant communities (e.g., answering questions on Quora, engaging in niche Subreddits, driving Instagram engagement) to earn backlinks and brand awareness.
- Cross-Channel

Collaboration:

Use your knowledge of digital advertising (PPC, Social Ads) to collaborate with the paid media team, ensuring organic and paid strategies support each other rather than compete.
- Analytics & Reporting:
Monitor performance using tools like Google Analytics 4, Google Search Console, and SEMrush/Ahrefs. Provide actionable reports on traffic growth, keyword rankings, and community engagement metrics.

What We’re Looking For:

- Experience:

2–4 years of proven experience in SEO and digital marketing, preferably in an agency or high-growth environment.
- The SEO Toolkit:
Deep proficiency with SEO tools (Ahrefs, SEMrush, Moz, Screaming Frog) and web analytics (GA4, GSC).
- Content Chops:
Excellent written communication skills. You can write compelling copy that both humans enjoy reading and search engines understand.
- Community

Experience:

Proven experience using platforms like Reddit, Quora, and Instagram not just for broadcasting, but for genuine community building and brand reputation management.
- Paid Media Awareness: A solid understanding of how Google Ads and Social advertising work, and how they influence organic search behavior.
- Technical Basics:
Functional understanding of HTML/CSS and how website architecture impacts SEO.
