As a Senior Google Ads Associate, you’ll be at the forefront of paid media innovation, crafting high-performing campaigns across Search, Display, You Tube, Shopping, and Bing.

What You’ll Do:

Performance Marketing & Campaign Execution

- Plan, execute, and optimize campaigns across Google Ads (Search, Display, You Tube, Shopping) and Bing
- Drive measurable outcomes aligned with client KPIs (leads, revenue, ROAS, CPA)

Strategy & Growth Planning

- Understand client business goals and translate them into powerful PPC roadmaps
- Identify new traffic and revenue growth opportunities across desktop & mobile

Keyword Research & Campaign Structuring

- Conduct in-depth keyword research and competitor analysis
- Create well-structured campaigns, ad groups, and landing page mapping
- Ensure strong alignment between ads, keywords, and conversion goals

Budget & ROI Optimization

- Manage budgets efficiently to maximize ROI
- Continuously monitor, test, and refine campaigns for performance improvement

Analytics & Reporting

- Set up conversion tracking, goals, and funnels in Google Analytics
- Generate actionable weekly & monthly performance reports
- Turn data into insights that inform smarter decisions

Continuous Innovation

- Stay ahead of industry trends, algorithm updates, and automation advancements
- Implement fresh ideas and growth experiments

What You Bring

- 3+ years of hands-on experience in Google Ads & PPC
- Strong expertise in Search Engine Marketing (SEM)
- Proficiency in Google Analytics (goal setup, funnel tracking, attribution)

- Experience with Google Shopping & (optional) Mobile App Campaigns
- Advanced Excel skills for reporting & analysis
- Deep understanding of Conversion Tracking & campaign measurement
- Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving skills
