Delivery Manager - Airlines & Crew Management

Responsibilities

Lead end‑to‑end functional workstream for data migration from AIMS to Jeppesen Crew Tracking.

· Own functional migration scope, assumptions, and business sign‑off.

· Develop and maintain Source‑to‑Target Mapping (STM) and transformation rules.

· Coordinate with crew operations, training, compliance, HR, and vendor teams.

· Drive data profiling, data quality remediation, and migration readiness.

· Define rules for rank/base/fleet/qualification conversions and validity windows.

· Oversee mock load cycles, functional validations, and reconciliation checks.

· Manage functional defects and work with IT/ETL teams to close issues.

· Create validation scripts for crew master data, qualifications, and postings.

· Ensure completeness, accuracy, and regulatory compliance of migrated data.

· Lead workshops for mapping validation and business decisions.

· Support cutover planning, freeze windows, delta loads, and fallback steps.

· Provide functional acceptance for final load into Jeppesen.

· Support hypercare and resolve post‑go‑live data issues.

· Document migration outcomes, risks, and lessons learned for governance.
