Job Description
Key Accountabilities
Lead relationships with key digital clients, driving satisfaction, retention, and strategic growth opportunities.
Guide clients with data‑driven recommendations and integrated digital strategies across social, content, media, influencers, CRM, and performance channels.
Oversee end‑to‑end campaign delivery, ensuring quality, timelines, budgets, and alignment with business objectives.
Coordinate cross‑functional teams to ensure seamless execution and high‑quality output.
Manage and develop account teams through coaching, feedback, and capability building.
Foster a collaborative, process‑driven environment focused on excellence in client servicing and project management.
Monitor account health, address risks early, and ensure smooth operational workflows.
Qualifications & Requisite Skills :
4+ years of experience in digital account management, client servicing, or digital marketing.
Strong understanding of digital channels including social media, content, performance marketing, and digital strategy.
Proven experience leading client accounts and managing end-to-end digital campaigns.
