Position: Performance Marketer
We’re Hiring:

Performance Marketer (Google Ads + Meta Ads)

Looking for a data-driven Performance Marketer who understands how to scale campaigns, optimise ROAS, and turn budgets into measurable growth. If you live inside dashboards and love improving numbers every week — this role is for you.

Experience:

3+ Years

Salary: ₹35,000 – ₹45,000 / month

Location:

Gurgaon (Sohna Road)

Working Days: 6 Days a week

What You’ll Do

• Plan, execute & optimise Google Ads campaigns (Search, Display, You Tube, Performance Max)

• Manage and scale Meta Ads campaigns (Facebook & Instagram)

• Keyword research, audience targeting & funnel strategy

• Daily monitoring of CPA, CTR, CPC, ROAS

• A/B testing creatives, copies & landing pages

• Conversion tracking, pixels & event setup

• Performance reporting & actionable insights

What We’re Looking For

• Hands-on campaign execution experience (not just strategy)

• Strong understanding of funnels & attribution

• Ability to optimise campaigns independently

• Analytical mindset with growth thinking

• Agency experience is a plus
