This is a full-time, on-site role for a Chat Support Specialist located in Gurugram. The Chat Support Specialist will be responsible for managing customer interactions via chat, resolving customer inquiries, providing technical support, and troubleshooting issues. The role also involves analyzing customer needs and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction through prompt and effective communication.
Qualifications
Strong Customer Support and Communication skills to engage effectively with customers
Proficiency in Troubleshooting and Technical Support for resolving technical issues
Excellent Analytical Skills to identify root causes and provide solutions to customer concerns
Ability to multitask and manage time efficiently in a fast-paced environment
Previous experience in customer or technical support is an advantage
Familiarity with support tools or CRM software is beneficial
Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-centric mindset
