Role Overview
We are seeking a  Performance Marketing Manager  with strong hands-on expertise in Facebook Ads and Google Ads to drive lead generation for our real estate projects. The ideal candidate should be data-driven, ROI-focused, and experienced in managing performance budgets effectively.

Key Responsibilities
Plan, execute, and optimize paid campaigns on:
Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram)
Google Ads (Search, Display, You Tube)
Generate qualified real estate leads at target CPL
Develop audience targeting, retargeting, and funnel strategies
Set up and manage conversion tracking (Meta Pixel, Google Tag Manager, GA4)
Conduct A/B testing on creatives, copies, and landing pages
Manage and scale monthly ad budgets
Analyze performance data and share weekly/monthly reports
Coordinate closely with the sales team to improve lead quality and site visit conversions

Required Skills
Strong hands-on experience with Facebook Ads Manager
Expertise in Google Ads campaign setup and optimization
Clear understanding of performance marketing metrics (CPL, ROAS, CTR, Conversion Rate)
Experience in real estate lead generation preferred
Data-driven mindset with strong analytical skills

Qualifications
Graduate in Marketing / Business / Digital Marketing
Google & Meta certifications preferred
2–5 years of experience in paid digital marketing
