Expectations

· Exposure to multi-agent frameworks or AI orchestration tools.

· Experience with SAP Joule–aligned architectures. Experience in Joule implementation.

· Experience with embeddings, semantic search and vector databases. Prompt engineering and context grounding.

· Hands-on experience with Large Language Models (LLM)(SAP-aligned models, OpenAI, or open-source)

· Design and implement AI-enabled solutions using SAP AI services and embedded intelligence.

· Integrate AI use cases into SAP S/4

HANA and SAP BTP.

· Develop and deploy machine learning models for forecasting, classification, anomaly detection, and recommendation scenarios.

· Work with business stakeholders to identify AI opportunities in finance, supply chain, manufacturing, HR, and sales.

· Configure and consume SAP AI services (document processing, predictive analytics, conversational AI).

· Build end-to-end integrations between SAP systems and AI models using APIs and event-based architecture.

· Ensure data quality, governance, and compliance with SAP security and authorization standards.

· Monitor, optimize and retrain AI models for performance and business relevance.

· Support testing, deployment, and post-go-live optimization of AI solutions.

· Prepare technical documentation and conduct knowledge-transfer sessions. Advanced knowledge of Python is required.

Screening Criteria

· Overall, 5+ years of experience in AI solutioning and implementation

· Strong hands-on expertise in Python

· Experience in AI orchestration, foundation models

· Experience in Joule Co-Pilot

· Exposure to of end-to-end integration of AI models with SAP systems via APIs

· Exposure to implementation of AI use cases with SAP S/4

HANA and SAP BTP.
