About the Role
We’re building the next generation of AI-powered HR Tech and Kognoz , a conversational intelligence platform powered by behavioural science and psycholinguistics. We’re seeking a Demand Generation Manager to own and scale our lead generation engine across India and Southeast Asia.
This role will be responsible for driving qualified pipeline from paid media, CRM workflows, outbound cadences, webinars, and events , with a sharp focus on enterprise CHROs, TA, TM and L&D leaders, and HR decision makers. To know more about Konverz AI and Kognoz visit us verz.ai and
Key Responsibilities
· Campaign Ownership: Plan, execute, and optimize multi-channel campaigns across Linked In Ads, Google Ads, retargeting, and partner channels to generate MQLs and demos.
· CRM & Marketing Ops: Own CRM workflows, lead scoring, and automation for segmentation, nurturing, and pipeline visibility.
· Outbound Playbooks: Build and manage outbound cadences (emails + Linked In sequences) targeted at CHROs, TA Heads, and L&D leaders.
· Webinar & Event Demand: Partner with ETHR and industry forums to drive registrations, attendance, and follow-up conversions for webinars and booths.
· Analytics & Reporting: Track, measure, and report on full-funnel metrics — impressions, CTR, CPL, MQLs, SQLs, and pipeline influenced.
· Sales Alignment: Work closely with Sales/Founders to ensure smooth lead handover and feedback loops on lead quality.
· Experimentation: Run A/B tests on ads, landing pages, and messaging to continuously improve ROI.
Key KPIs
· Leads: Marketing Qualified Leads (MQLs) per month.
· Cost Efficiency: Optimised demo booking cost
· Conversion: ≥30% MQL → SQL conversion rate.
· Pipeline Contribution: Marketing-influenced pipeline - ~50% of revenue goal
Qualifications
Experience in B2B SaaS demand generation (HR Tech experience is a plus).
Strong hands-on expertise with Email Marketing , Linked In Ads, Google Ads, and CRM automation (Freshworks/Hub Spot/Marketo).
Proficiency in email marketing tools, outbound sequence building, and performance analytics.
Excellent analytical skills; able to translate numbers into actionable insights.
Creative mindset with the ability to craft high-converting ad copy and nurture flows.
